Covid-19 Requirements/Procedures
Please arrive at the correct time for your appointment and wait outside the front door of the building under the canopy, I will come down to greet you.
Upon arrival you will be required to wash your hands or use hand sanitiser which will be provided.
I will be wearing a visor during your treatment, please also wear a mask . I will not be providing towels or using couch covers or fabric pillows to help prevent any possible cross contamination (you may bring your own towel) so please wear appropriate loose fitting clothing. I am not permitted to provide water so again please bring your own. The treatment room will be fully cleaned down after each patient.
If you display any symptoms of a new persistent cough, high temperature, loss/change in your normal smell or taste on the day of your appointment or have been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days that has suffered with any of the above symptoms, then please contact me to cancel your appointment, previous cancellation charges will be waived.
There will be a Covid-19 consent form that will be sent to you in your confirmation and reminder emails, please complete, sign and submit back to myself on the day of your appointment.
